This is a poem I wrote on December 13, 2010, and it's about living in fear of what the future may hold.
One minute, it was bright as day
The next, it was cloudy and gray
The darkness just keeps closing in
And I don't know when it will come to an end
I'm so worried and filled with fear
And I just wish that you were near
To chase the dark and fear away
And light and happiness would be here to stay
