This is a poem I wrote on April 25, 2011, and it's from the point of view of someone who finally has something good going in their life, and they hope that the good will last.
New possibilities come knocking on my door
Maybe there's even more in store
It seems that things are starting to go my way
And things are starting to look brighter today
So hopefully these good things continue to last
And won't disappear very fast
I really don't want to see the end in sight
And I just want everything to be all right
