End of the Day

This is a poem I wrote on August 23, 2010, and it was a poem that I wrote at the end of a busy day.


The sun is setting on another day
In the usual fashion and in the usual way
I reflect, and I take a look back to find
What happened during the day as I leave it behind


And tomorrow will be another day
When I get up in the morning, I hope that I can play
But for now, I will be laying down to sleep
And I hope the dreams I have I'll be able to keep
