This is a poem I wrote on October 11, 2010, and it's written about someone who is feeling frustrated in their life and has taken about as much as they think they can.
Just when you think things can't get any worse
It feels like life has thrown you a curse
Trying hard not to let life get you down
And turning your smile upside down
When it seems you've taken all you can take
And that your spirit is about to break
You need to find a sense of inner peace
And a way to tame your inner beast
