This is a poem I wrote on March 29, 2011, and it's from the point of view of a speaker who leads a busy life and is trying to make it through life one day at a time.
Every day, I try to find a way
To make it through each and every day
I try to find a way to keep moving on
Even after each day is done
I'm so busy, there's just no time to sleep
I have a schedule I need to keep
And I just have no time to take it easy
There is no time left for just me
