This is a poem I wrote on January 12, 2009, and it's from the point of view of someone thinking about the one that they love.
When I think of you
Happiness wells up inside me
And it's a happiness I haven't felt
In quite some time
When I think of you
It brings a smile to my face
And I can't wait for the next time
That I can see you again
