This is a poem I wrote on April 28, 2008. It's a poem where the speaker isn't having a very good day, is making mistakes, and everything seems to be going wrong.
You work on fixing dinner
But you make a mistake
And the meal turns out all wrong
When your family asks what happened
All you can say is, "Don't ask"
You try to fix what's broken
But you just break it more
Everything you do makes it worse
When someone asks you why it's broken
All you can say is, "Don't ask"
