This is a poem I wrote on February 16, 2009. It's a poem about being in love and being deceived. This was another poem where I was mining emotions and feelings from the past.
I thought I had it all
The best guy and the perfect life
But it all came falling down
When I learned that it all was a lie
And in the end, it turned out
That I had simply been a fool in love
