This is a poem I wrote on December 20, 2010. It's a poem about the year coming to an end.
The end of the year is near
In fact, it's almost here
I'll be glad when this year is done
And then we can move on to another one
I can't wait to turn the page
So I can set the stage
And be able to start anew
See what next year has in store for me and you
