I'm in Love With You

This is a poem I wrote on May 4, 2009. It's a poem about being in love with the person you're with.


Before we met, I was walking
Along a lonely highway in my life
But one day, we crossed paths
And you helped me through my strife
Back then, we were just friends
But before I knew it, I came to realize
That I was in love with you
And then I came to find
That you were in love with me, too
Years have passed, and time has gone
But I'm still in love with you
And you know that it's true
