This is a poem I wrote on August 23, 2010. In it, the speaker is trying to convince someone to try and take their life in a different direction.
It's time for a new journey to undertake
But be aware that it could end up full of mistakes
However, you need to take the chance
And hope that you can enjoy the dance
The road may be long, and the road may be hard
By the end of the journey, you could be battle-scarred
Or you could always end up winning
So embark on your new beginning
